Background:

Drew volunteered as a counselor for the Crescenta Valley High School Baseball camps for the past 3 years, working with boys ages 7-14. The two-day camp is aimed to help improve fundamental baseball skills, promote teamwork and advocate involvement in the community.  

Also, he has volunteered with the Crescenta Sports Association for the past 5 years, serving as a volunteer coach in Boys Youth baseball league ages 9-10, umpire, and working on field maintenance among other tasks. 

Goals for this organization:

A goal he has as a Lightning intern is to provide a new and exciting professional sports experience for the community in and around Louisville.  

Career Goals:  

To graduate from the University of Louisville with a degree in Sport Administration, and go on to work for a professional baseball organization, and eventually become the General Manager for an American League team.
