Background:
Nick began his sports career in high school by interning with the Columbus Crew of the MLS. Throughout college he served in various roles within athletic departments at California University of PA (soccer program, sponsorships, and development), Miami University (men’s club soccer captain and coach, women’s soccer undergraduate assistant, event management for track and field, basketball, softball, baseball, football), University of Tennessee (women’s rowing graduate assistant, men’s and women’s club soccer captain and coach, football team recruiting liaison, event management team for track and field, tennis, swimming), and the University of Louisville (marketing, track and field). He also enjoyed projects with the Women’s World Cup, the 2007 Senior Olympic Games; the 2009 Iron Man Competition, and the 2009 Ryder Cup. Recently, Nick began his time with the Lightning as an intern, was promoted to Digital Media Coordinator, and then assumed his current administrative position.
Goals for this organization:
To provide soccer fans in Louisville and the surrounding areas with the highest quality professional sports entertainment value in the region.
Career Goals:
To be the commissioner of Major League Soccer.
