The Eastern Division
Louisville Lightning:
Detroit Waza: This weekend, Feb.24th and 25th, the current leader of the Eastern Division the Detroit Waza will play their final two regular season games against our own Lightning and the Cincinnati Kings in an away games.
Ohio Vortex: The Vortex will finish the regular season with two home games against the Kansas Magic.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa played their final regular season game in a home game against the Waza on Feb.11th, and now wait to find out if they will make the playoffs as they are currently vying with the Magic and Kings for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Division.
Cincinnati Kings: This Saturday’s match on Feb. 25th, the final game of the regular season, is also the last chance for the King’s to make it to the Eastern playoffs. /if they are able to beat the division leaders, they will secure a spot in the playoffs and a chance for the cup.
Kansas Magic: The Magic will face Illinois Piasa in back-to-back away games onFeb.24th and 25th.
The Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: To make up for an earlier match postponed due to weather, the Bolts will play two matches against the Tacoma Stars on Sunday, February 26th. However, even wins in these two matches cannot save a spot in the playoffs for the Bolts.
Revelucion Tijuana: In an overtime win of 12 to 11, the Revelucion were able to secure the final place in the western division playoffs and have earned a chance to play for the cup.
San Diego Sockers: A win against the Turlock Express this Friday, February 24th, will advance the Sockers winning streak to 33 games, and a perfect season. The top ranked team has obviously earned a spot in the playoffs and are vying once more the much coveted Cup.
Tacoma Stars: More than any other team, the Stars have three remaining games in their regular season play , with back-to-back-to –back away games on Feb. 24th,25th, and 26th, against the Revelucion, the Sockers, and the Bolts respectively.
Phoenix Monsoon/Arizona Storm: There is no updated information for the Storm this week.
Turlock Express: On Feb.24th, the Express will take on the undefeated Sockers in one of the final regular season matches.

PASL Weekly Round-up
The Eastern Division
Louisville Lightning:
Detroit Waza: The Waza had quite the opening weekend as they were victorious in both matches against the Ohio Vortex and our own Lightning with scores of 11-3 and 9- 3 respectively.
Ohio Vortex: Though the Vortex fell to the Waza in their first match, each of their three goals were scored by veterans and the team has faith that they will only improve as the season progresses.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa will face off once more against the Kansas Magic this weekend on Nov. 12th.
Cincinnati Kings: The Kings just recently released their new roster for the upcoming season which kicks off on Nov. 12th.
Kansas Magic: After challenging the Illinois Piasa last weekend in Illinois, the Magic will again meet the Piasa this weekend on Nov. 12th, but this time with home field advantage.
The Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: There is no new news at this time.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team is currently entering its third season with the PASL.
San Diego Sockers: The Sockers will face off against the Anaheim Bolts in an away game on Saturday Nov. 12th.
Tacoma Stars: Unfortunately, the Stars lost both games this weekend to the freshmen team, the Turlock Express. Despite these losses, the Stars are using these matches as a way to examine the ways in which they need to improve for the season.
Phoenix Monsoon: The location of the team’s inaugural game on Saturday Nov. 12th has been moved.
Turlock Express: In the team’s very first matches in the PASL, they were victorious over the more seasoned Tacoma Stars.

Louisville Lightning:
Detroit Waza: No updated news this week.
Ohio Vortex: There’s big news for the Vortex, who recently added a new player, Slavisa Ubiparipovic, a well-known striker who played both in college, and in the MLS for a short time with the New York Red Bulls, and has now decided to enter the PASL.
Illinois Piasa: There is no current news.
Cincinnati Kings: No current news, but check back next week.
Kansas Magic: The Magic will be holding open tryouts on October 23rd at the Epic Indoor Sports Center in Overland Park.

Anaheim Bolts: Next weekend, October 28 through the 30th, the Bolts will host the 2011 International Cup, with teams from both the US and Mexico. In other big news, the team along with Fre3kick have joined together to design a brand new t-shirt for the team, which is now available for purchase.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team is currently entering its third season with the PASL.
San Diego Sockers: The Sockers recently released their 2011-2012 schedule, with their opening match against the Anaheim Bolts on November 12th.
Tacoma Stars: The Stars recently posted their roster for the upcoming season on their website for fans to check out.
Phoenix Monsoon: This weekend, on October 23rd at 8am, the team will participate in the US Open Indoor Championship Qualifier. Additionally, the team will celebrate its first home game on November 12th.
Turlock Express: No updates from the new team who recently faced off against the Bolts in a pre-season exhibition game.

The Eastern Division
Detroit Waza: The team website has updated their roster for the upcoming 2011-2012 season, with new player bios. so you can get to know these exceptional athletes better.
Ohio Vortex: The team recently held open tryouts for the 2011-2012 season.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa are currently developing a new website to bring up- to- date news to their many fans.
Cincinnati Kings: No current news, but check back next week.

Anaheim Bolts: There are quite a few big events ahead for the novice team, as October 19th marks the first public appearance of the team and their dance team. At the UltraLuxe Cinemas in Anaheim, the team will be presenting the roster for their first season as well as selling calendars of the dance team.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team is currently entering its third season with the PASL.
San Diego Sockers: The Sockers have a new addition, as last week tryouts were held for the inaugural dance team. The strenuous, day-long tryouts produced six new dancers to represent the team in the community at large and pump up the crowds at games.
Tacoma Stars: Like many teams around the country, the Stars recently held tryouts for the 2011-2012 season.
Canadian Division:
Calgary United: No new updates.
Edmonton Drillers: No new updates.
Winnipeg Alliance: No new updates.
New to PASL
Kansas Magic: The newbies who kicked off their PASL career with an exhibition game earlier this spring announced tryouts for October 23rd at the Epic Indoor Sports Center in Overland Park.

Eastern Division
Detroit Waza: The team is entering its fourth season with the PASL; no current news, but stay tuned.
Ohio Vortex: Like many other teams in the league, including our own Louisville Lightning, the Vortex are working on updating their website more often to make it more fan-friendly. They also created a partnership with Akron University for the 2011-2012 season. The team is holding open tryouts October 1 and 2.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa completed open tryouts September 20 and 22. They will be starting practices in October
Cincinnati Kings: The Kings will be ushering in many new changes to start the 2011-2012 season. Some of these include a new web site, new logo, and new head coach. Roby Stahl will be taking over as coach, after a decorated career playing and training in Europe with teams such as Cork Celtic FC and West Ham United. He previously coached in different positions with in Tyreso FF in Stockholm Sweden, the College of Charleston, Old Dominion University, the University of Central Florida, and the Columbus Crew of the MLS.
Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: On the heels of the Oct. 2 tryouts with the up and coming Las Vegas Dust Devils in Vegas, the team is sponsoring a 2011 international cup at the end of the month in which the novice team will square off against heavyweights, the USA and Mexico.
San Diego Sockers: Following their victory last season as PASL champions, it seems the team has even more to celebrate before the new season even begins. The recent weeks have brought about excitement with the introduction of a new team crest as well as elation of the naming of two of the teams players, Kraig Chiles and Nick Perera, to the U.S Futsal National Team.
Tacoma Stars: : Like many teams around the country, tryouts for the Stars begins this week, as the team works towards getting another chance at the coveted PASL National Championship they won in the 09/10 season. In other news, the team has added a fun addition to the their website, “60 second recaps”, where fans can catch the highlights of a missed game or just get the chance to listen to the sounds of victory once more.
Canadian Division
New to PASL
Kansas Magic: The newbies who kicked off their PASL career with an exhibition game earlier this spring announced tryouts for the end of next month, putting the final pieces together for the upcoming season.
Omaha Vipers: Under the new ownership of Warren Ferris, the team is seeking ways to better connect with fans including an updating of their website, and most recently are in talks with local television affiliates to broadcast their games, a means to get better exposure for the team, and the sport as a whole.
Phoenix Monsoon: Like the Magic, this is the first year for indoor soccer in Phoenix, though the team is hoping to spread this soccer fever to include an outdoor team for the 2012 season. The monsoon season begins Nov. 5th.

Cincinnati Kings: The Kings opening season is only a few weeks away with their first match on Nov. 12th.

Anaheim Bolts: The Bolts recently had a meet and greet where fans were able to meet the brand new team and dancers before their season begins on Nov. 12th.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team is currently entering its third season with the PASL.
San Diego Sockers: In this weekend’s upcoming International Cup hosted by the Bolts, nine members of the Sockers have been chosen to be a part of the United States’ team.
Tacoma Stars: The Stars will open their season on Nov. 13th with a home game.
Phoenix Monsoon: Like many other teams in the league, the Monsoon have joined with Fre3kick to create merchandise that will be available both online and at games before the season begins.

Turlock Express: In their introductory matches, the Express will play back to back games against the Stars on both Nov.4th and Nov. 5th.

Ohio Vortex: Despite their best efforts, the Vortex once more fell to the Waza in a home game this past weekend, but look forward to facing off against the Kings this Saturday Nov. 19th.
Illinois Piasa: This weekend, Saturday Nov. 19th, the Piasa will challenge the Detroit Waza at home.
Cincinnati Kings: This week the team is offering special deals on ticket prices…go check it out! Also, the Kings will be challenging our own Louisville Lightning this Friday, Nov. 18th.
Kansas Magic: With two victories in a row under their belt, the Magic hope to keep this winning streak going when they face the Detroit Waza this Sunday, Nov. 20th.

Anaheim Bolts: Despite the fact that their very first game in the PASL was a loss to the more seasoned Sockers, the team considered their well-played, energetic game a success as most importantly they held the attention of their fans and set the stage for an exciting first season.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team lost their match last weekend to the rookie Monsoons.
San Diego Sockers: The Sockers will once again face off against the Anaheim Bolts on Saturday Nov. 19th.
Tacoma Stars: No current news.
Phoenix Monsoon: The Monsoon barely edged out a victory over Tijuana with a 5-4 win, but fell just short in their second ever PASL game, with a score of 5-6.
Turlock Express: The Express hope to keep their winning streak alive this weekend when they contend with the Monsoon in a double header on Nov. 18th and 19th.

Ohio Vortex: The Vortex will face off against rivals, the Cincinnati Kings on Dec. 3rd at Cincinnati, then have their next home game on Dec. 16th.
Illinois Piasa: Then Piasa will challenge our own Lightning this weekend at a home game on Dec. 2nd at 7:30.
Cincinnati Kings: At this weekend’s home game against the local Vortex, the team is offering a discount on game tickets with the donation of canned goods for their food drive for the Free Store Food band.
Kansas Magic: The currently undefeated Magic with try to hold on to their untarnished record against our own Lightning this weekend on Saturday Dec. 3rd.

Anaheim Bolts: The Bolts have lately turned their attention to aiding local charities as they have partnered with both Boys Hope Girls Hope and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For each goal blocked this season, the team will donate $5 to BHGH and for each goal made, the team will give $10 to Make-A-Wish. Additionally, fans are able to donate both at the games and online.
Revelucion Tijuana: The team will face off in a home game against the San Diego Sockers this weekend, to whom they lost in their last match.
San Diego Sockers: The Sockers will once more play against Revelucion Tijuana whom they defeated in their last match.
Tacoma Stars: This weekend, Dec. 3rd and 4th, the Stars will host their very first home games of the season.
Phoenix Monsoon: The Monsoon will challenge the Bolts next weekend, Dec. 10-11th.

Louisville Lightning:
Detroit Waza: This Sunday, January 8th, the Waza will take on the Illinois Piasa.
Ohio Vortex: Following their December 16th matchup against Illinois, the Vortex will return from the holiday break against our own Lightning who will have the home field advantage.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa return early from the holiday break with back-to-back away games against the Louisville Lightning and Detroit Waza on January 7th and 8th respectively.
Cincinnati Kings: The Kings proved victorious in their match against the Lightning, a win which also helped to move them to the next round in the US Open Cup. The Kings will next challenge the Detroit Waza in Cup play, then on Jan. 13th return to regular play against the Kansas Magic at home.
Kansas Magic: With their eighty percent winning streak, the Magic hope to keep this streak alive when they face off against the Cincinnati Kings on Jan. 13th.
The Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: This Friday, Jan.6th will serve as “Latino Night” where much more than merely a soccer match will be provided for fans; there will be a pre-game game where reserve teams will face off, Hispanic cuisine, a mariachi band, and so much more to entertain fans for hours on end.
Revelucion Tijuana: The Revelucion will challenge the Anaheim Bolts in an away game on “Latino Night”, this Friday Jan. 6th.
San Diego Sockers: On Jan.7th , the Sockers will conduct a once in a lifetime ceremony where they will honor the legendary indoor soccer coach, Ron Newman, and where the PASL will officially announce that the PASL league cup will be renamed after the exceptional coach.
Tacoma Stars: Following back to back losses, the Stars hope to bring home a victory against the Sockers on Jan. 14th.
Phoenix Monsoon: The Monsoon will participate in the US Open Cup on the 21st of this month, and will follow up with a match against the Sockers on the 22nd.
Turlock Express: There is no current news for the Express this week.

Detroit Waza: On January 20th, the Waza will travel to Ohio to challenge the Vortex.
Ohio Vortex: This Friday, January 20th, the Vortex will face off against the Detroit Waza at home.
Illinois Piasa: Fresh off a match last weekend against the Cincinnati Kings, the Piasa will next face off against our own Louisville Lightning in an away game on January 20th.
Cincinnati Kings: The Kings secured another victory this past weekend in a 9 to4 win against the Kansas Magic, and next week, January 21st, the Kings will once more face off against the Illinois Piasa in an away game.
Kansas Magic: On January 22nd, the Magic will once more challenge the Cincinnati Kings to whom they lost in their last meeting.
The Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: Despite their recent loss to Revelucion Tijuana where the Revelucion were able to score an impressive 28 goals, the Bolts are still looking forward to events to come. The team has joined with the local branch of the Komen breast cancer group and will hold a “Pink Match” in February to raise money for the cause.
Revelucion Tijuana: In perhaps a record setting victory, the Revelucion were able to outscore the Bolts 28 to 7.
San Diego Sockers: With their back-to-back victories over the Tacoma Stars last weekend, the Sockers have been able to maintain their 17 game (PASL play) winning streak. The Sockers hope to keep this streak alive with their Jan. 21st match up against the Turlock Express.
Tacoma Stars: Despite the fact that recent losses have jeopardized any chances at being in the playoffs, the Stars hope to perhaps change this in their upcoming match against the Sockers on Jan.21st.
Phoenix Monsoon: The Monsoon have undergone major changes including a new location, new owners, and most importantly, a new name, the Arizona Storm. The Storm will have their next game on January 22nd.
Turlock Express: There is no current news for the Express this week.

Detroit Waza: On January 28th, the Waza will face-off against the Cincinnati Kings in a home game. The current leaders of the Eastern Division recently secured a 13 to 12 last minute victory against the Ohio Vortex.
Ohio Vortex: Following their Friday night loss to Detroit and subsequent loss to the Lightning on Saturday, the Vortex hope to fair better in their upcoming match against the Kansas Magic.
Illinois Piasa: Following this weekend’s matches against the Kings and our own Louisville Lightning, the Piasa prepare to face off against the Ohio Vortex in a home game on January 27th.
Cincinnati Kings: The results of today’s road game match-up against the Kansas Magic as well as next week’s away match against Detroit will affect the Kings chances of proceeding to the playoffs later this season.
Kansas Magic: With their 4-3 standing in league play, the Magic hope to secure victories in today’s matchup against the Kings, as well as next weekend’s matches against the Vortex and Lightning respectively, to improve their record before playoffs begin.

Anaheim Bolts: The team has recently joined with the local branch of the Komen breast cancer group and will hold a “Pink Match” in February to raise money to aid the fight against cancer.

San Diego Sockers: In another strategic move to bolster their stellar record, the Sockers have recently signed defender, Antonio Sutton, an experienced defender who is not only a former champion, but also a former coach of the California Cougars. He was able to join the team right away for the recent matches against the Turlock Express and the Phoenix Monsoon.
Tacoma Stars: Following about a three week break, the Stars will return to league play with two home games on February 11th and 12th against the Bolts.
Phoenix Monsoon: The Monsoon have undergone major changes including a new location, new owners, and most importantly, a new name, the Arizona Storm. The Storm will have their next game on January 22nd.

Cincinnati Kings: On February 3rd, the King’s reserve team will challenge the Cincy Saints. The next night, at a special home match, the King’s will host a “Boy Scout Night” where the scouts will have a chance to meet all of the players after the game.
Kansas Magic: In an away match on Friday February 3rd, the Magic will once again take on our own Lightning, rapidly following a previous match-up on January 29th.

Anaheim Bolts: The Bolts had a superb turn around in last weekend’s match against the Arizona Storm when they achieved a 17 to 3 victory. They hope to keep this momentum going in their upcoming matches against the Tacoma Stars the week of February 11th.
Revelucion Tijuana: There are no current updates for the team this week.
San Diego Sockers: After last weekend’s matches, the Sockers have reached a 25 game winning streak that they hope will continue in the last few weeks before play-offs begin. The winning Sockers next take on the FIFRA Championship in Mexico.
Tacoma Stars: The Stars hope to turn around the season with wins against the Anaheim Bolts in back-to-back matches on February 11th and 12th.
Phoenix Monsoon/Arizona Storm: The Storm were recently defeated by the Anaheim Bolts in a 17 to 3 blowout.
Turlock Express: There is no new news for the Express this week.

Cincinnati Kings: A recent victory over the Kansas Magic has currently placed the team in a tie for the last spot for playoffs in the Eastern division, a spot they hope to secure or improve in their final two home games against Detroit and Ohio.
Kansas Magic: Unfortunately the Magic have suffered two recent losses to both the Cincinnati Kings and our own Louisville Lightning.

Anaheim Bolts: The Bolts are facing several challenges in the upcoming weeks as they have recently lost one of their best players, and need to win all of their remaining matches just for a chance to win a spot in the playoffs. They next face-off against the Tacoma Stars in back to back matches this weekend, February 11th and 12th.
Revelucion Tijuana: The Revelucion are currently in great standing for the playoffs that begin in a matter of weeks.
San Diego Sockers: Including regular season and tournament games, the Sockers have not only achieved a PASL record, but a third place record for continuous wins amongst all professional sports. They hope to keep their record alive with their coming matches against Phoenix on Feb. 11th, and Turlock and Tacoma in the coming weeks.
Tacoma Stars: The Stars will face the Anaheim Bolts in a double header this weekend, on Feb. 11th and 12th.
Phoenix Monsoon/Arizona Storm: The Storm have two away games this weekend on Feb.10th and 11th.

Ohio Vortex: The Vortex, who were recently victorious over the Cincinnati Kings, will use their week off to prepare for back-to-back matchups with the Kansas Magic in the final two games of their regular season play, which fortunately for them are home games.
Illinois Piasa: The Piasa played their final regular season game in a home game against the Waza on Feb.11th, and now wait to find out if they will make the playoffs as they are currently vying with the Magic and Kings for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Division.
Cincinnati Kings: A recent 9 to 5 loss to the Ohio Vortex has made a playoff position even more uncertain. As such, their final match on Feb. 25th against Detroit will be crucial.
Kansas Magic: With a series of recent losses, the final two matches in which the Magic take on the Ohio Vortex are crucial if they want to beat out the Kings and Piasa in the final playoff spot for the Eastern Division.
The Western Division
Anaheim Bolts: This weekend, Feb.18th and 19th, the Bolts are really engaging their fans with the opportunity to participate in a boot camp where they can work out with the players, and the next day girls can participate in a dance camp offered by the bolts dance team.
Revelucion Tijuana: The Revelucion will take on the Anaheim Bolts on Sunday Feb.19th in an away game.
San Diego Sockers: As the streak continues to 22 wins, the Sockers next participate in the U.S Open Cup Championship on Feb.18th, and then the top team will take on the Turlock Express in an away game on Feb.24th.
Tacoma Stars: While the Stars were unable to clench the win in their final home game, they have one more chance for victory in an away game with Tijuana on Feb. 24ht.
Phoenix Monsoon/Arizona Storm: The Storm’s regular season play, like a few other teams, is already finished.
Turlock Express: On Feb.24th, the Express will take on the undefeated Sockers in one of the final regular season matches.
