Cancellations:
No refunds or deposits on camper registrations once the camp starts. Refunds will be considered only if the camper has a written excuse from a doctor for medical reasons. *Please Note: All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits and/or balances may be credited to another Louisville Lightning Camp.
Payments:
Camp balances must be paid in full on or before the start of your child’s camp. A $30 late fee is assessed if paid any later. Payment can be made on the first day of camp, but the late fee will apply.
Additional Info and Camp Policies:
Lightning camps will take place rain or shine. In the event of actual Lightning the decision to cancel and/or modify a camp rests solely with the camp directors and will be updated on the home page of our website.
