Brief Story: This will be David Horne's third season as a player with the Louisville Lightning. David Horne was also the original general manager for the Louisville Lightning Professional Indoor Soccer Team. Horne played club soccer for the Mockingbird Valley Soccer Team, and then continued his soccer career at Centre College in Kentucky. After Centre College, Horne played in the USL for the Cincinnati Kings before they became a part of the PDL.

Awards and Honors: USL Player of the Week twice with the Cincinnati Kings Outdoor Team. Horne was also NSCAA Academic All-American, Centre College Male Athlete of the Year, and All-SCAC First Team.
